Compensation and Benefits for Retail Sales Associates

Key Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate

  • Engage with customers on the sales floor and at the cash register to provide assistance
  • Efficiently and accurately process sales and returns at the cash register
  • Utilize various inventory, sales, and marketing principles at the register to ensure accurate customer transactions and inventory reflection
  • Manage pricing and check-in of merchandise while maintaining precise inventory records in accordance with established procedures
  • Implement the customer service program through all daily activities
