Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear medicine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for diagnostic imaging purposes
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and scanners
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in nuclear medicine
  • Strong knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
