Job Title: Avionics Systems Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to join our team at SEGULA Technologies in Melbourne, Florida. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Avionics Technician in a business jet environment.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and install complex avionics systems
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, testing, and repair of avionics systems and equipment
  • Operate digital and analog test sets to ensure system functionality
  • Make minor metal repairs to aircraft components
  • Swing and compensate aircraft compass systems for accurate navigation
  • Troubleshoot aircraft systems using technical documentation and manufacturers' manuals
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an electronics/avionics technical school or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Avionics Technician in a business jet environment
  • The ability to supply own tools required to perform the job
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance at our facility in Melbourne, Florida. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
