We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreperson to oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical components and systems within an assigned area of our campus. This role will involve supervising a team of electricians, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

• Review and assign work orders to team members
• Oversee installation and maintenance work performed by electricians, inspecting and approving finished jobs
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
• Prepare and manage budgets for electrical maintenance within the assigned area
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure work meets requirements
• Provide briefings and updates to stakeholders on electrical work planned and completed
• Monitor and document team performance, providing feedback and recommending pay actions

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least eight years of experience in electrical work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, supervisory skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $31.44 - $42.76 per hour, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. This is a full-time position that requires an onsite presence on our Atlanta campus.
