Job Title: Driver

Radial Inc. is seeking a skilled Driver to join our team in Burlington, NJ. As a Driver, you will be responsible for operating motorized equipment to pick, pull, put away, or replenish product in our fulfillment center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pull, put away, or replenish product using a stock picker, reach truck, and/or pallet runner.
  • Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work overtime as deemed necessary by management.
  • Assist in the daily sanitation of assigned area to ensure an efficient, safe, and hazard-free production environment.
  • Report any incident or situation that might cause accident or injury to self or others.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds to aid operations.
  • Must have good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety.
Work Environment:

This position is not remote. Travel is not required. Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.
