As a Fitness Coach at A&S Fitness - Burn Boot Camp, your primary responsibility will be to conduct engaging and challenging workout sessions for members across various fitness levels. This role demands a strong aptitude for personal training in a group environment, inspiring multiple clients while fostering a supportive community that encourages transformation. A Fitness Coach emphasizes holistic fitness, encompassing mindset, nutrition, strength, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), all while creating an inclusive atmosphere that surpasses clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver both pre-designed and customized workout sessions to groups.
- Inspire and guide clients through intense training experiences.
- Develop and sustain a highly engaged membership base.
- Lead by example, maintaining a lifestyle that reflects the health and fitness goals you promote.
- Ensure participant safety by monitoring exercise techniques.
- Adapt specific exercises to cater to varying skill levels.
- Participate in weekly and monthly fitness meetings and mandatory educational sessions.
- Address member inquiries and concerns as needed.
- Utilize social media platforms daily to engage members and enhance brand visibility.
- Convert promotional clients and trial participants into full members.
- Act as a fitness ambassador within the community.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer with current credentials from an accredited organization such as ACSM, ACE, NAMS, NCSA, AFFA, or NFPT (NCCA Certified).
- A degree in a related field of exercise science is preferred.
- Strong understanding of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
- Pass the A&S Fitness Strength and Conditioning Assessment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
- Exemplary interpersonal communication skills that motivate and inspire.
- Willingness and capability to train individuals of all fitness levels.
- Proficient understanding and presence on social media platforms.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $35.00 per camp
