ERP Financial Management Specialist

The Acquisition NexGen team is seeking a highly skilled ERP Financial Management Specialist to lead our client's financial management modernization project. This multi-year contract position offers the opportunity to work with a large consulting firm in the MD/DC area, with potential to convert to a full-time employee.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership as part of our PMO team, supporting discovery and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders and developing an enterprise modernization roadmap. Key responsibilities include hands-on ERP functional consulting, expertise in financial/accounting technologies and processes, and collaboration with stakeholders to gather and define ERP requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant ERP Business Process Consultant experience, including requirements management and elicitation, business process definition.
- Experience with one or more ERP systems: Workday, Oracle, SAP, CGI, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Technical and business experience with core Financial functional areas.
