About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team at Saint Therese in Corcoran, MN. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone system
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals
  • Use paging systems and work knowledge of job-related computer software
  • Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant
  • Multi-line phone experience preferred
