About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
