Physician - Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, evaluating and treating patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills, and coordinating discharge planning with case management.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with primary care needs, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and chronic disease management.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including specialists and hospitals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree, be licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee, and have completed a Family Medicine residency program. You must also have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
