Chief Nursing Officer

We are seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to administer the nursing program in our long-term care facility, maintaining high standards of resident care. The ideal candidate will have five years of nursing experience and a thorough knowledge of nursing practice acts and standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the optimization of the geriatric care process to improve quality and efficiency
- Provide nursing care to residents on an as-needed basis
- Develop and implement marketing activities/programs inclusive of community events and media
- Maintain communication and address the changing healthcare environment
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience
- Five years of nursing experience with housing and urban development (HUD) or assisted living experience preferred
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on the location and job requirements.
