Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver live and virtual training sessions on various automotive systems, including diagnosis, service, and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and advancements in the industry.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Client, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Alfa Romeo, and FIAT vehicles.
- Collaborate with the Course Development Team to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Assist with course scheduling, registration, and roster management to ensure optimal course fill rates.
- Communicate effectively with dealership personnel, Service Managers, and Business Center Field personnel to meet training needs.
Requirements:
- Proven technical expertise in automotive components and systems.
- Ability to work effectively with complex diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Familiarity with office automation programs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a technician.
- Experience teaching automotive is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a related field is preferred, but relevant experience is also considered.
