Head Infant Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at Pride and Joy Learning Academy. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a licensed early childhood education setting. A nurturing and compassionate demeanor is essential for this role, which operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive care of infants in our facility.
- Engage in effective communication with parents, administrative staff, and co-teachers regarding the developmental needs of each child.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Interact positively and meaningfully with infants to foster their growth and development.
The successful candidate will:
- Have prior experience in infant care.
- Possess knowledge of Quality Rated standards.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or higher.
