Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Team Lead and Solution Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert-level team leadership in the design, development, and implementation of hosting platforms, transition automation, and the engineering of ETF's continuous integration and delivery pipeline from inception to completion.

This role requires a strong background in DevOps technologies, including Linux server and cloud hybrid environments, as well as experience in implementing and supporting DevOps tools such as WebSphere, Liberty, Tomcat, MuleSoft, JIRA, GitHub, Git, Selenium, Dynatrace, Control-M, Python, Java, and other open-source software.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, providing coaching and guidance, and driving the adoption of DevOps principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level team leadership in the design, development, and implementation of hosting platforms, transition automation, and the engineering of ETF's continuous integration and delivery pipeline from inception to completion.
  • Lead a team of employees in accomplishing projects and assignments, providing coaching and guidance, and driving the adoption of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Develop and maintain highly complex system robotics, hosting platforms, and system integrations.
  • Maintain and systematize legacy systems, adopt new systems, incorporate commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software, and amalgamate Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Provide leadership in all aspects of collaboration, hosting, and pipeline automation and further adoption of DevOps principles, including strategy, technical design, development, implementation, governance, observability, support, and testing utilizing mainframe, web, mobile, cloud platforms, and Software as a Service (SaaS).
Requirements
  • Experience designing and supporting solutions in a Linux server and/or cloud hybrid environment.
  • Implementing and supporting DevOps technologies such as WebSphere, Liberty, Tomcat, MuleSoft, JIRA, GitHub, Git, Selenium, Dynatrace, Control-M, Python, Java, and other open-source software.
  • Providing leadership to a team of employees, including leading a team in accomplishing a project or assignment, training others to complete a task, providing feedback on work, etc.
  • ITIL experience (such as Incident, Service Request, or Change ticket management) and/or certification.
  • DevOps certification.
  • Formal supervisory or lead worker experience performing duties such as coaching, guiding, training others, directing/assigning work, reviewing work, providing performance feedback, etc.
