Job Overview

ATG Recruiting is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Regional OTR to join our team. As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive a 53' Dry Van trailer, hauling no-touch freight across the country
  • Operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia Automatic, fully loaded with refrigerator, APU, and 1500 watt inverter
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, adhering to strict deadlines and schedules
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other drivers to coordinate routes and schedules
Benefits
  • Competitive pay rates, ranging from $.54 to $.60 cpm, depending on experience
  • $.03 cpm Safety, Mileage & Productivity Bonus
  • Detention Pay $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour
  • Layover Pay/Breakdown Pay $100 per day, excluding Sundays
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 30 days
  • 401K plan with 4% match after 6 months
Requirements
  • Class A License (CDL-A)
  • Current DOT medical card
  • 3 months of experience in the last 3 years
Driver Benefits
  • Home every other weekend for 48-hour reset
  • 1 day off for every week out (7 weeks out = 7 days off)
  • Average haul miles
  • On-time home time
