Role Overview:
As a Project Construction Manager at Estes, you will oversee the comprehensive planning, management, and execution of assigned construction projects. Your responsibilities will include providing both administrative and technical direction, ensuring adherence to company and project policies, maintaining client relationships, and guaranteeing that projects are completed in alignment with design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. Safety is paramount; every manager is responsible for fostering a clean and secure work environment.

Project Scope:
On average, you will manage between 2 to 5 construction projects annually, with budgets reaching up to $25 million. Our projects span various sectors, including healthcare, commercial, industrial, and educational, encompassing both new constructions and historical renovations. Candidates should possess strong skills in planning, organization, and problem-solving, along with a proven track record of project management experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six years of industry experience
  • Project locations primarily in Central and Western Iowa
  • OSHA 10-hour certification
  • Valid driver's license
