About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Anderson Dahlen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding operations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and perform various welding, layout, cutting, brazing, and soldering operations on a wide range of parts, components, and assemblies.
  • Select and use appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for specific operations.
  • Work from drawings, sketches, welding symbols, specifications, and instructions to plan work in proper operational sequence and determine methods and techniques to be applied.
  • Interpret drawings, sketches, welding symbols, specifications, and instructions to determine methods and techniques to be applied.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in welding operations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
