- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure high-quality service and effective maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Ensure timely completion of work by utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Manage scheduling in collaboration with production teams and maintenance personnel.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff as needed.
- Assign and review work orders within the CMMS.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance parts and supplies through the CMMS.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Adhere to and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure all maintenance work meets industry standards for quality and installation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
Experience: At least 7 years in a production maintenance environment, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Specialized Knowledge: Ability to analyze and interpret common technical manuals and schematics (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic). Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment. Understanding of industrial electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and their integration with manufacturing equipment operations.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers for routine office tasks.
