Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to oversee the maintenance and repair of our client's manufacturing equipment and electrical systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement equipment retrofits and upgrades to optimize system performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and electrical systems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the STOP program, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and scheduled maintenance of equipment to prevent failures and extend lifespan.
  • Test and evaluate electronic components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Construct and install machine control panels to improve system efficiency.
  • Train Maintenance Technicians in electrical troubleshooting and repair to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an Industrial Electrician or Electronics Technician.
  • Software: Proficiency in Siemens PLC and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise: Ability to operate a wide range of electrical test equipment.
  • Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, or bending for 50+% of each shift and manual lifting up to 50 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m., on-call responsibilities, and occasional weekend and holiday work.
