Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement equipment retrofits and upgrades to optimize system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and electrical systems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the STOP program, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and scheduled maintenance of equipment to prevent failures and extend lifespan.
- Test and evaluate electronic components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Construct and install machine control panels to improve system efficiency.
- Train Maintenance Technicians in electrical troubleshooting and repair to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an Industrial Electrician or Electronics Technician.
- Software: Proficiency in Siemens PLC and AutoCAD.
- Expertise: Ability to operate a wide range of electrical test equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, or bending for 50+% of each shift and manual lifting up to 50 pounds.
