Role Overview:
The Critical Care Nurse provides exceptional and skilled nursing care to designated patients within the Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Unit. This role involves delivering both direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee other assigned team members.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure age and developmentally appropriate care is provided in line with unit standards.
Employment Type: Full-time, Night Shift, Sign-on Bonus Available
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in critical care nursing.
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
