Job Overview

As a Senior Electronics Engineer with Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a key role in developing and designing complex electronic systems and components for use within equipment or machinery. This position requires a strong background in electronics engineering, with a focus on printed circuit board (PCB) design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design complex electronic systems and components, including PCBs, to meet specific requirements and specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate electronic systems and components into larger systems.

• Apply knowledge of electronic industry standards and best practices, including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and UL Safety standards.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including hardware design and description documents, test reports, and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a focus on PCB design and development.

• Strong knowledge of electronic industry standards and best practices, including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and UL Safety standards.

• Experience with technical writing, including hardware design and description documents, test reports, and proposals.

• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with software development in high and low-level programming languages.

• Experience with VHDL or Verilog hardware description language.

• Secret clearance.

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
