Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including their features, benefits, and uses, in order to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell our products to customers, including flower, edibles, oils, and tablets, and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the management of inventory, including receiving and stocking products, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience: Two years of direct customer service experience required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
