Braze is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our growing Finance team. As a key member of our G&A organization, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance and support to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to drive strategic business decisions, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights to our leadership team.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with our accounting and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting processes, providing regular financial performance updates to our leadership team.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to our leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators, variances, and trends.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support various business initiatives and projects, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the Tech and SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and competing deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Experience with Adaptive, Workday, or Coupa is a plus.
