Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and connection
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working collaboratively with the care team to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and infection control
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, providing clear and respectful information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with elderly populations preferred
  • Basic reading and writing skills, with ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds, unassisted
  • Full use of hands, arms, and legs; good physical and mental health
