The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health services, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for all patients, managing staff, and promoting a positive work environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Department

    • Ensure adequate quality of care for all behavioral health patients

    • Manage and supervise staff members

    • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in a social service-related field

  • Five years of experience providing direct services in behavioral health

  • Three or more years of management and supervisory experience

  • SUDP credential required

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
