Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at All Hands On Deck Recruiting LLC. As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Basic Diagnostics and Repairs: Conduct thorough inspections and repairs on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Participate in Training Programs: Engage in Service EDUCATE Training programs to develop skills and knowledge in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Maintain Equipment and Work Area: Ensure the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment is maintained, and work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety rules and regulations when performing work assignments.
  • Complete Reports and Forms: Accurately complete all reports and forms required for work assignments.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience performing service repairs on heavy equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in heavy equipment repair.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
