Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sleep Expert to join our team at Mattress Firm. As a Sleep Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect mattress and sleep solution for their needs.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sleep and mattress industry trends and products.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist customers with load outs and in-store purchases.
