Position Overview:
As a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Microsoft O365 and Azure, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, executing critical information security responsibilities that align with established quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of security incidents and events.
  • Implement hands-on monitoring and alerting within Microsoft O365 and Azure environments.
  • Utilize established methodologies to identify, assess, and manage security risks effectively.
  • Design and enhance security control systems to mitigate identified risks.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of security controls and address any discrepancies.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative security technologies and tools.
  • Develop and promote comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving internal security processes.
  • Communicate security requirements and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational oversight of system logs and utilize SIEM tools for advanced threat detection.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in securing network architectures and systems, incident response, and security policy development.
  • Familiarity with various cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Environment:
