Caregiver (PCA, HHA, CNA) / Dietary Server

Cassia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (PCA, HHA, CNA) / Dietary Server to join our team at Park Ridge Senior Health & Living Apartments. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver food trays to residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Retrieve dirty dishes to return to the kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with mobility and transportation care, ensuring residents' safety and comfort.
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence, promoting their overall well-being.
- Document services performed on client service sheets, maintaining accurate records.
- Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive community.
- Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties, collaborating to achieve exceptional care and service.
- Interest and passion for caring for the elderly, with a commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
- Preferred, but not required, experience working with aging adults, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Must be 16 years or older, with a valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
