We are seeking a skilled Buffet Baker to join our team at Island View Casino Resort. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Produce a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, to meet the demands of our buffet operation.
• Decorate custom cakes and follow recipes set by our Executive Chefs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist in banquet food production as needed, working closely with our event staff to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience working in a bakery or related field.
• Ability to pipe and decorate cakes, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
