Our facility is located in a prime area, featuring cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities, including an on-site bakery for producing top-tier products, advanced robotic packaging systems, and a comprehensive shipping and receiving operation.
Shift Details:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our second shift team, which operates from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance teams to ensure optimal support for production by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Mentor and motivate the team through hands-on projects focused on the installation, repair, rebuilding, and maintenance of machinery and mechanical systems used throughout the facility.
- Engage in all phases of equipment management, from installation to rebuilding, ensuring alignment with quality and efficiency benchmarks.
- Exhibit and impart strong electrical expertise and troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable devices.
Qualifications for Success:
- Demonstrated commitment to safety by adhering to all food and safety regulations.
- Utilize your 8+ years of experience in leading mechanical teams through repairs, plumbing, welding, and electrical work to maintain seamless production operations.
- Possess an organized and systematic approach to problem-solving, especially in high-pressure situations where precision is vital.
- A lifelong learner with a keen interest in mastering emerging mechanical technologies.
- A people-oriented leader who fosters team growth and development through effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience in the food and beverage sector is essential.
Benefits:
We offer a $5000 sign-on bonus, reimbursement for safety footwear, prescription safety eyewear, and tools, as well as complimentary uniforms. Additional premiums are available for second and third shifts, along with extra compensation for weekend and holiday work.
