Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Residence Manager to join our team at our newest permanent supportive housing program. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience working with complex populations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage resident supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with the Clinical team and Program Director to develop and implement effective support plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
  • Ensure all aspects of the Fire Alarm System are functioning properly

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college education preferred
  • Experience working in social services, residential settings, and with vulnerable populations
  • Fire Safety certification (F-02 or F-80) highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
