Mixologist (Experienced)

**Job Summary**

Charlie Clark's Steakhouse is seeking an experienced Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

**Responsibilities**

• Serve wine and cocktails in accordance with our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service and ensure their needs are met.
• Delegate tasks to our supporting staff to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor tables to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
• Prepare and maintain the bar area, including setting up and resetting tables.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate with management to address any guest feedback or concerns.
• Provide exceptional service to our guests, exceeding their expectations.

**Requirements**

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
