Tub Refinisher

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Tub Refinisher. As a key member of our Surface-Tech LLC team, you will be responsible for refinishing tubs to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refinish tubs to a high standard, using HVLP and airless spray guns for painting.
• Work with a trainer to develop skills and knowledge in tub refinishing.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, with opportunities for overtime and skill development.
• Participate in on-the-job training to build skills and knowledge in tub refinishing.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation.
• Knowledge and experience with HVLP and airless spray guns for painting.
• Experience working with hands in similar trades industries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

• $18 per hour for training period.
• Piecework payouts once you are able to produce work without trainer.
