Service Advisor

Betten Baker Allegan is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

  • Fantastic communication skills with customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
