Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and caring Home Care Aide to join our team. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical home care services and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including engaging in recreational activities and conversations.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients receive proper nutrition and hydration.
- Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry and cleaning.
- Provide first aid and infection control services as needed.
- Supervise and remind clients to take their medications.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US (compliant with Form I-9).
- Must have a valid HCA registration and fingerprint clearance.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform the essential functions of the job.
