As a vital member of our team, you will work independently to deliver consistent and compassionate care, ensuring the health and well-being of your assigned students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring student vitals and symptoms, administering medication, and providing treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
- Providing skilled nursing care to students in the classroom, including medication management and assistance with feeding and hygiene
- Collaborating with the care team on medical needs and changes, supporting students and families as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Providing emotional support to students and families coping with medical concerns
Requirements:
- Licensed as an RN and willing to obtain MD licensure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
