Civil Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Phoenix Technologies in the Road Construction and Maintenance Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing road works projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage road construction and maintenance projects from planning to execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Develop and implement strategies to improve road infrastructure and transportation systems
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in road construction and maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of road infrastructure and transportation systems
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
