- Practice in a well-organized and efficient clinic environment, with on-demand access to a Physician.
- Provide evidence-based medical care, staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with our medical leadership team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA or Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner.
- At least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
- Ability to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 per year, plus bonus potential and shift pay.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with 4% employer match.
- Sign on bonus or relocation assistance eligible up to $10,000.
- Paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and paid sabbatical.
- State license, DEA, BLS, and one professional organization of your choice (AANP or AAPA) reimbursement.
- $2,500 annual CME allowance + 1 week off for CME, UpToDate membership, and medical malpractice insurance.
- FIGS scrubs and other perks.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
- Must wear a mask as needed.
- Commitment to patient safety and well-being, including receiving all required vaccinations and COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.
