The role involves the installation of alarm systems for residential properties and small enterprises, alongside the setup of surveillance cameras, magnetic locks, doorbell systems, and motion detection devices. Exceptional customer interaction is essential for success in this role.

The selected technician will undergo comprehensive training on the company's alarm system for the initial weeks of employment. Post-training, the technician will commence their workday from home, heading directly to their first assignment. Inventory checks will be conducted weekly at the company's office. This role is structured as a contract with the potential for permanent placement. Technicians who maintain a high-quality performance score over a specified period may receive a permanent position, complete with a company vehicle, fuel allowance, and additional benefits. The quality score is assessed based on the technician's ability to complete installations without requiring follow-up corrections.

Ideal candidates should possess experience in at least one of the following areas:

  1. Prior experience in alarm or surveillance system installation and programming.
  2. Background in residential installations and customer service.
