Position Summary:

  • Assemble cut materials and hardware into final products.
  • Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet order requirements.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Safety and Quality Assurance:

Commit to maintaining a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues, holding all personnel accountable for adhering to safety protocols. Produce high-quality products with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that production schedules align with customer delivery timelines.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

Follow guidance from supervisors and team leads to accomplish daily objectives. Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement as necessary.

Additional Duties:

Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility verification will be conducted upon hiring. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating power tools, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in fabrication or construction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Work Environment:

This position is part of the Operations team within the Fab & Shipping department.

Job Type:

Hourly position for entry-level candidates.
