Position Overview

Doyle Security Services (DSS) is actively seeking a Non-Armed Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM

Compensation: $17.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities of the Non-Armed Security Officer:

  • Maintain safety by patrolling the premises; overseeing surveillance systems; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; granting entry as appropriate.
  • Document and report any irregularities; communicate policies and procedures to violators.
  • Complete incident reports by documenting observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interview witnesses and gather necessary signatures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications for Security Officer / Non-Armed Guard:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid New Jersey SORA License is required.
  • Physical capability to fulfill the duties associated with the position.
