Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, following Goodwill's guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards and expectations.
• Assist with sales floor duties, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
