We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Concord Hospital. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing patient evaluation and treatment according to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations to assess communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with licensure and department standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of NH.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and patients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
Work Environment

The Speech Language Pathologist will work in a fast-paced hospital setting, providing patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
