Discover is seeking a highly skilled Procure to Pay Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of procure to pay activities, including requisition to pay, accounts payable, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify and implement control improvements and process efficiencies relating to procure to pay activities.
  • Compile statistical information and create financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Resolve transactional escalations and ensure proper application of system controls and corporate expense policy.
  • Provide internal and external business partner support and first-level system support to monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze issues.
  • Develop and customize training materials and present to scheduled and ad-hoc sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in procure to pay, finance, business, or related field.
  • P2P Certification.
