Cardiac Cath Lab Director

The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Director Cardiac Cath Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating program development, assessing opportunities, and pursuing initiatives consistent with the business plan of the department and the hospital. You will oversee and direct multiple cost centers/departments to achieve hospital and integrated network objectives. Your expertise will be utilized to develop and evaluate proposed procedural changes related to patient care, ensuring compliance with Standards of Care that promote optimal healthcare delivery. You will closely monitor profit and loss, revenue generation, and expenditure control, adjusting staffing and resources to optimize operations and streamline costs. To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, a Master's degree being preferred. You must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a valid Texas RN License. Additionally, you will need at least 5 years of work experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity, with demonstrated professional judgment, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
