Purchasing Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Assistant to oversee smooth production flow, manage on-time delivery, achieve cost & inventory imperatives, and provide support to the sales department at Nine Stars Group USA.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing requisitions, sourcing vendors, and coordinating product quotes
  • Creating purchase orders and tracking shipments
  • Managing communications with manufacturing facilities, quality assurance, and logistics
  • Data input for purchasing and operation systems
  • Reporting daily tasks to the purchasing manager

Required skills include:

  • Experience with ERP and reporting systems
  • Teamwork approach within the organization
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Qualifications and Experience

A related experience in Logistics, Purchasing, Sales Support or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Preference is given to candidates with experience working with retail portals such as BestBuy, Walmart, or Home Depot.
