Exciting Opportunity for a Lithotripsy Technician in the Radiology Field

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Lithotripsy Technician to support Urologists during Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL) procedures. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the precise positioning of patients through fluoroscopic techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a 2-year Radiologic Technology license and ARRT certification
  • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for corporate insurance purposes
  • Physical capability to manage lithotripsy equipment weighing between 1000 to 1500 pounds
  • Annual TB screening and necessary vaccinations, including COVID-19
  • Maintain all required state licenses and certifications
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification, BBP, and HIPAA compliance

Role Responsibilities

Develop and maintain familiarity with the facilities serviced, their locations, and pertinent policies.

Coordinate with transport personnel to prepare ESWL equipment in the operating room, assist with unloading, and ensure adherence to established procedures.

Stay updated with credentials and fulfill Credentialing company requirements.

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Experience Requirements

No prior experience in ESWL/Lithotripsy is required, as we offer training at no cost.
