About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that crew members are meeting McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor performance during shifts and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
  • Manage inventory, monitor safety and security, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide coaching and training to crew members to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements

To be successful as a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
