We are seeking a skilled Accident Damage Appraiser to join our team at Classic Collision Inc.

Job Summary

The Accident Damage Appraiser will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. This involves preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines. The ideal candidate will have prior collision estimating experience and be familiar with estimating systems such as CCC1. I-CAR/ASE certification is also preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
  • Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
  • Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience.
  • Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
  • Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of damages are identified.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
  • Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to customers.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
  • Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC1 preferred.
  • I-CAR/ASE certification preferred.
